Refund & Return Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery or pickup, provided that:

  • The item has not been used, assembled, or damaged

  • The item is returned in its original packaging and condition

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is provided

Custom-made, made-to-order, or specially designed furniture cannot be returned or exchanged once the order is confirmed.


2. Refunds

We do not offer cash or payment refunds once a purchase has been made.
However, if an item arrives damaged or defective, we will repair or replace it.
The process may take a few working days, depending on the issue.

Please note:

  • Delivery, installation, and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are not applicable under any circumstances.


3. Exchanges

Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery for a different size, model, or design (subject to stock availability).
Additional transport or handling charges may apply.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Assembled or used furniture


6. Return Shipping / Collection

Customers are responsible for returning items unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong or defective item).
In such cases, pickup or redelivery will be arranged at no cost.


7. Processing Time

Repairs or replacements will be arranged after the returned item is received and inspected.
